Red8RF engineers were recently asked to help with an Elgotec 13.56 MHz high frequency dielectric heater being used in the manufacture of MDF boards. The machine had been performing poorly for a decade and Red8RF were approached as the last hope to reach a satisfactory throughput. The engineers were faced with a method of generating and controlling the RF power which they had not encountered previously. This did not prevent them from meeting the challenge and achieving 100% power output. The line runs 24/7.
